Walmart.com refuses to follow delivery instructions. Do I have to figure out who it is each time? No I don’t. Should I stalk the delivery person? I have complained before, I called UPS and FedEx here in town and that did not help. So now my shoes that I ordered are gone. I could not find a picture of them being delivered, sometimes it’s there, but not always. The Walmart customer service agent was unbelievably happy though and I told him that I wasn’t. He told me that when he sent the refund in to be approved, that department rejected it. He said that a high up person had to do it manually for me. I asked him why. He said that if there is a picture of the package being delivered then Walmart is now going to reject refunds for people. I wanted to tell you that.
Did I mention that I ordered a pillow from the store to have it delivered to my house. It was destroyed, dragged in the dirt and some sort of solvent was sprayed onto it, it was damp. The Walmart customer service agent wanted to give me $5 as a “sorry”. I talked to a manager at Walmart and she blamed it on Spark, which is their deliver service that they use. Then, when I saw her at the store a few days later she scowled at me. OMG fun. Oh! Days you know that I threw that pillow in the trash dumpster outside. A few days later I found that pillow at my door. Delivered again, so I threw it into my yard and I was gone by the time I got home. I don’t drink…and I won’t choose to, I guess.
