I wanted to take a picture of this process, but I cannot because my phone will not charge. It has been charging all night but it will not charge. all of the other items on that strip are working but not that actual single outlet, I guess. This has been happening with all of my outlets. Maybe it is the block I am using to charge it? So now I do not have a picture. I need to find a different block, I guess. How does that work and then not work and then work and then not work! Anyway, I guess I rely too much upon my phone. How can I do it another way? I used to have a camera but those are outdated and this is a camera. It would be the same thing as if I didn’t have film for my camera. Anyone remember this situation? Do people still do this, buy film? Is it still called that? Does Amazon have that? I don’t see cameras for sale in Walmart anymore like I used to. Have I become blind?

If you have seen my post about how I am trying to grow tomatoes and peppers from seed, it’s really slow going and the pepper plants are unbelievably small! the tomato plants are too tall and the leaves keep dropping off of the bottom of the stem but the top looks so pretty. They have such a long stem now and that is one of my pet peeves in growing plants, is when they grow like this. The internet does not know why this is happening to me, I asked AI and they only pretend to know by giving me warm fuzzies about thinking that they know. What they are doing though is giving me like how many answers about what it could be so it makes me think that I could rely upon it.

It could be underwatering too intermittently, overwatering all of the time that is not measured but you can tell that it really is way too much water, but when? Watering enough but too intermittently, watering in a way that is too planned or under planned. The soil is too drained or not drained enough so it’s too dry or too soggy over a large span of time that is too detrimental to only the bottom leaves. They are too waterlogged in the mornings and in the evenings when they are not getting the sunlight then the water clogs all of their arteries. The veins decided to give up because they thought the arteries were in charge.
They could be getting too many nutrients at one time or not enough at any point in time. The water may be flooding the nutrients out of it and distributing it into the dirt and in that case, bugs might eat those, only half used up nutrients. Too much nitrogen, not enough potassium but given at too many different times to really make a difference, or too much of a difference and now they are burned and burning up will all of those nutrients.
Too much of the wrong fertilizer, wasn’t it 3-5-7, all of the odd numbers. What about the evens without the remainders because they don’t have remainders, 2-4-8. What about the 6. 6 is bad luck when it comes in threes so do not use one of those fertilizers. Except if they were once gardeners, then you are in luck if they haunt your house, so try to get one of those!

I forgot to tell you about the process that I decided on. Some of the plants were too tall as I had explained and so I cut three of them about an inch below the lowest branch. I stuck that in the dirt. The rest was about two to three inches of just stem that is not doing anything at all and it allowed the leaves that were there to die away so I got rid of it. I kept the productive part and stuck that into the dirt. I keep watering them and they seem to be sort of growing and staying alive. I am going to see what happens and maybe I will do that with all of these plants that I have. I know that these could be vining indeterminate tomatoes, but the stems are not keeping the leaves. I don’t want long vines without leaves. So far, they are doing very well.

it finally charged enough!

The 5 pots in the front I have cut those and planted the tops. The 4 in the back I left long. I really hope these will grow. If not then I know I can’t do that, but I will never know unless I try it. I have nothing to lose.
