I saw this memo on Twitter but I did not screen shot it since who knows who would have not wanted that, BUT the last sentence is cut in half and the document isn’t notarized. The whole memo might not be there…but I didn’t see that any of it was notarized! If it’s a legal document doesn’t it have to be NOTARIZED by a NOTARY??? It is not!
