Anywayz…remember the housing bubble that popped in 2009? When I was married we lived in Colorado and were worried that we would lose our house that we had just bought in 2004 so we moved into a friend’s basement and rented the house! I saw very large houses go into foreclosure all over Colorado. This lasted for YEARS!!! I didn’t realize that we were in danger of the McMansions coming back, now they are called the McModern. I read in a couple of places that they are known to be made not as well as they could be made. Because of tariffs, do you wonder if we are only getting product comparable to what would be used for trailer homes? When fema rebuilt homes did they salvage materials?
Do you wonder if they kept unused product that was supposed to be used for destroyed houses during the last administration????! So then builders buy FEMA product to build their homes, maybe???
