If you ever think that you should subscribe to anything do not do it. These people will charge your account automatically even if you have an inactive subscription or if you one time had them and Wells Fargo will not help even though it’s fraud.

I had Norton for a year for the cheap price. They then charged me around 185.00 for it. I called them and they said yes this is too much we will give you a discount and they gave me a confirmation number, he then transferred me to another department and she refused to give me the discount and it was not a very nice conversation. I called my bank and told them that this was fraud. I thought it was. The bank, Wells Fargo, refunded me but then decided to not refund me and took the money back. They did not explain why. Do they have to? They don’t think so.

Now I had bought coursera last year for a year. But I did not really use them that much. It was only supposed to be for a year for $199. Then I received a charge for 429.00. I looked up my account and coursera had made my subscriptions inactive. I tried to cancel these inactive subscriptions but there is no way to do that. There is no record of them charging me at all, not for either year! There is no way to call them. I called my bank, Wells Fargo, and he kind of didn’t seem positive that I would get this money back. Isn’t that what a bank does? If a business fraudulently charges your account then they refund you, and so does a credit card, and then they get the money from that business. They have always done it that way. Now they won’t I guess. On the charge from the bank there was a phone number and it was some voice mail box for coursera and all I could do was leave a message and I did but they didn’t call me back. The bank is sending me a new card but never temp refunded me the 429.00$. I guess businesses can do what they want and Wells Fargo doesn’t care. I went to the branch to get a temporary card because they didn’t send me one, she acted like I was the horrible of the earth. No I guess they don’t just ‘give out cards’ now. They make you do some sort of Apple Pay now. She said for me to just call the number on the back of the card. How can I make these people sad?
