If you like yoghurt with fruit then here is this recipe. This way you can choose how much fruit and sugar to put in.
Take 1 cup of any type of frozen fruit and blend in a blender or small food processor. My blender container somehow cracked! So I had to use my food processor and it worked! I shouldn’t sound surprised at that because that is what it’s for. Blend the frozen fruit into a paste with some added sugar. I use either stevia or organic pyure. It’s a blend of stevia and erythtitol. It has a zero glycemic index. I really like sugar! Anyway, I added that fruit to plain Greek yoghurt. The Greek yoghurt that you buy that already has fruit in it, has way too much sugar! since the fruit is frozen it’s like adding sherbet to yoghurt. It is extremely good! And takes very little time to make. I said to use a cup just because you have to at least cover the blades of the processor for the mixture to be blended.
