I really like how these turned out. I have a small white picket fence that is falling apart and could be missing some slats, but I have an extra slat that I found that belongs somewhere! It was fun to photograph this and pretend it’s a path! Also as you can tell I put down these pavers without doing them properly with sand and a string and like what else? Chalk, a leveler, definitely a shovel to even out the dirt below everything else. There is one really awesome thing that I did at my last house. I found some really large squares of concrete encased in metal at some random warehouse in Denver Colo when I lived there. They had been sort of spray painted so I got them for very cheap. I put them directly in my yard spaced out about 2 feet from each other in the shape of a large square. It lengthened the small patio that was there. When the grass grew I just mowed it and it looked so upscale. They were so heavy to carry in that 4-runner.
