I am trying to rent my old room with the washer/dryer, bathroom, stove and fridge for 900/ month here or 300/ week. I haven’t had much interest. I rent rooms for $675-750$ without the master bath. Hopefully I will get it done soon! I live in oil field alley here so I thought it would go quickly. When I lived in Texas and Colorado, master bedrooms went very quickly, because they have their own bathroom. so what is the deal here in New Mexico? Because I do not want to go the laundry mat I decided to get a portable washer/dryer combo. It does not need to be hooked up to plumbing and the dryer doesn’t need a special outlet. It uses just a regular outlet. I saw some, sort of good reviews so I will let you know how it goes. it was $139.00 for the combo. You can buy separate washer and dryer as well. I bought mine at Walmart but Lowe’s has them as well.
