Response for class by Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

For this assignment we had to make up some of this situation. He wanted the response letter to be that the refund was given right away. I did follow his instructions for that but I added a rebate as well. Anyone remember those? Anyway, I have never really received a refund right away and sometimes I don’t receive a refund at all, even though it’s blatantly destroyed. For some reason he took off two points with no explanation as to why. we had to follow the guideline for writing this sort of letter from the book.
