Then a new renter said that he knew of a plumber! Then this happened
Anyway he was yelling at me so loudly and aggressively, I had to hang up on him. Who to complain to? Nobody! He was corporate!
So guess what?! Yes I never received the water heater. OMG shocking!!! So I paid one of my renters to go and get it. I don’t feel well and that’s the biggest reason, but also he is a guy, and honestly people respond to men better. This has always been the truth for me. At times in the past I have seen some women be very nice and never complain! So I would try and complain for them and they never wanted that. They were just fine with nothing and living in a ditch somewhere because someone told them that they couldn’t have x, y or Z. Anyway he and the plumber got it here! Everything was wonderful for them. I had ordered gas right??? I remember choosing a gas water heater, I really did. But it was electric! I don’t know what happened. I checkeddddd, to make sureeee. Thank goodness we all went and I was refunded and got the correct one. Thank goodness! They installed it!
