I have this grow light but it doesn’t say how many lumens or brightness it is. I don’t know if grow lights give you that information!

I read that flowering plants need a more colors of the sun. And that maybe this grow light is too strong for these seedlings. How am I supposed to know?!?!? They seems like they are struggling a bit! This is the stage that I hate when growing from seed. They die off and I freak out. Anyway…
I decided to find a lightbulb with enough lumens. this is what I-Robot told me today, he lives in my phone. Poor being….
“For most indoor plants, a grow light should provide between 400 and 1000 lumens per square foot, with the exact amount depending on the plant species and growth stage, with high-light plants needing closer to 1000 lumens per square foot; however, always check specific plant requirements for the best results”
I found my random lightbulb collection to find the lumens

I picked the lightbulb with 1600 lumens. I figured that why have a lightbulb if you still can’t see after installation. I found this situation at the house after I sort of moved out. They had put a different lightbulb in the living room lamp. I looked at it and wondered if it had died even though it was on. I think it has like 10 lumens. What is the point??

Here is the 1600 lumens. I want it to be as if the sun were here in my kitchen. And I got tired of pink. It makes me feel like I am breaking a law when I use those pink grow lights, they are so pink.
