Have you ever wondered? I have and I realized that maybe I don’t need to google the answer.
If you have a lamp with a certain lightbulb and a ceiling light with the same type of lightbulb. Some ceiling lights have two lightbulbs but I am talking about a ceiling light with only one lightbulb and it’s the same type of lightbulb as you have in your table lamp. Do you wonder if the ceiling light uses more electricity than the lamp? I think that it might use the same amount because it’s just one lightbulb and it’s the same type. what do you think? I have thought at times that the ceiling light uses more but I think that it might be the same. It was one of those lightbulb moments for me. What about you? What could be a lightbulb moment for you that you would never, ever want to admit to? I had a Walmart greeter day today. I wanted to get this base cabinet off of a shelf at the store. Usually I am fine with lifting things, right?? Like a whole sheet of plywood. But I haven’t been to the gym lately because I have been ill. So now that I am somewhat better I went to the store. I asked some guy to come over to lift this cabinet and put it onto one of those horribly wonky carts. I stood there wondering if he was going to be there because he asked some other guy to do it because he wanted to twirl around the store with his friend, the other associate. Anyway, neither of them came at all. I was standing there in the cabinet section, trying to lift it cuz I don’t like asking for help anyway. Then a 5 year old girl came over and said, “OMG! Of course I can help you!” PLEASE NO! that’s what I wanted to say! To that associate. Okay but no!!! I was thinking to myself….
So she lifted it down, and I was happy for her! But then I became a Walmart greeter and went and picked out trim, without crying about how I couldn’t lift it. I am going back to the gym.
