Leap year by Margaret Leora workman; Warponie Art

Did you know that 2026 is not a leap year? For some reason I was thinking that if February has 28 days it’s a leap year! But that’s not true! February has to have 29 days to be a leap year.

I was thinking about this! This happened in 2024. why would the White House direct NASA in 2024? So there are different time zones all across the world. How can they measure anything now with any sort of math equations comparing the moon and the earth regarding happenings in the universe? So the moon now has a different time zone, what about the Milky Way, the Big Dipper or any of those black holes that are in the universe close to the moon? Do they have the previous time zone or the time zone of the moon?? How can they measure time now compared to the earth? So does it have to be measured exponentially? Like how interest is on a credit card that has compound interest. Time zones are static. Does anyone else disagree or agree with that decision?
