I wanted to put this up, I just found this today. It was last updated in December of last year but it is still relevant because it has the statutes which are laws that colleges and universities have to follow which are still in tact, in place for them to follow. Higher institutions of learning have to follow these laws. I put screen shots here so you will have to look up this website on your phone or computer and then you can click on the links from there.
