I bought this for kombucha by Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

I don’t like spending money! I get anxiety ridden when I have to buy things! So I bought this thinking that I was going to use this and a pickle jar for kombucha and then I decided against it. I could return it but I don’t want to find those people at the store to get my 9$ back. And then try to use it at the mobile pay kiosk that they thought was a good idea. Like no one was there to man that area so I got stuck there. Like I am supposed to know what mobile pay is?? the guy finally returned and he acted like he was having the best day ever telling me about it. I told him that maybe he shouldn’t have it there and where am I supposed to go now?? Since like what percentage of these shoppers at Walmart even know what that is?? I would have checked out everything and then!, I wouldn’t be able to pay for it. So I have this jar and I decided to put many different types of flour in it and store it in the fridge. Yes I know that many people use canisters. I remember this being a fun idea for my mother when I was very young in the early 80’s. My mother was 19 or 20 when she had me so I sure that it was one of those grown up things that she had! Canisters on her counter! If you make biscuits often, you could add the baking powder or baking soda or cream of tarter right to that flour mixture as well. You could add enough dry ingredients to the canister for 10 biscuits. Each day just take a cup of that mixture and add the rest of the wet ingredients to that to make two biscuits. Five days later, refill that with the same amount. Two easy biscuits each morning for breakfast. So for the butter just grate the cold butter with a cheese grater while holding it with the butter wrapper, then pour the flour on top and take a fork and lightly separate it and then lightly mix it. Do drop biscuits by taking a 1/4 cup measuring cup and measure each drop biscuit. No rolling with a rolling pin and they will all come out evenly proportioned. Each biscuit will be the shape of that measuring cup, beautiful! I guess if you just do enough for two biscuits, you could just cut it in half. I got carried away with joy…
