Blue Window House collection by Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

I have a few other houses that are apart of the Blue Window house collection as well. They have windows and roses that I painted on them, but for these I wanted to use this cute fabric! I had a shelf that I cut these houses out of a few years ago with a jigsaw. For this one I took some fabric and traced around the house on the back side of the fabric with a pen, cut it out and used double sided tape to stick the fabric onto the house with. these are simple and all that you need is some old wood, a jig saw (which is handheld) and some fabric and tape. These can sit on your mantle above a fireplace, on a window sill, or maybe a dresser. When you want new fabric but want to keep the house, it’s easy to take it off because it’s just taped onto it!!

Another idea is to decoupage pictures onto these along with fabric or without. People, cats, dogs, scenery, flowers…artwork.
