These were fun to make!
Card-stock, construction paper, markers, fabric and pinking shears.
Pink any fabric that you like into the shape of a balloon or whatever shape that you want and tape them on some copy paper. Draw the balloon strings and write the words. Take a picture and then print on a color printer. Cut out the pictures and use double sided tape to tape them on colorful construction paper and card-stock. These are fun! Save the originals that have the taped fabric on them in a folder for later.
Happy Birthday Gift tags made out of note cards, and pinked fabric for the ice cream cones.
