Growing micro greens. Rewarding. By Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

Misted paper so the micro greens will stick evenly
Plastic wrap after misting seeds or you could use a plastic bag

Growing micro greens is very easy. I have grown them in dirt and allowed them to get somewhat big. But I didn’t really like that because if you want to use the roots then you have to wash the dirt off. This with grow beautiful micro greens with white roots. So nice. The roots become so beautiful and you can put them into smoothies or use them as lettuce on any dish! Fish tacos, burritos or sandwiches. I have grown them and then I freeze them in bags and use them in smoothies. There are hundreds of tutorials on the internet and some on YouTube. They are really inexpensive to buy! And easy to grow. Just lift the plastic every day and mist them a few times per day. Don’t let them dry out. this set is specifically for growing micro greens and the paper comes with it. It only takes maybe less than 2 weeks! There are a few brands and several different kinds. They really are different. If you let them they will grow large.

So usually by now they would be growing but they are not at all! I have done this several times in the past with the same seeds but they aren’t moving at all. They are not expired. Who knows?!?!
