I finally figured out why I keep spelling the word ‘chili’ wrong! I keep wanting to spell the country of CHILE when I am typing. Except I think I really have been spelling it wrong everywhere, I am just realizing. Well I am a white girl and have no idea how to spell and when to use the word ‘chili’ vs. the word ‘chile’. I think you have to never use either so no one will think you are illiterate. just don’t spell it or use it in a sentence. if you wonder you will just have to google it.
fry 1 pound of chicken in oil with minced garlic and some of the liquid. you can cut the chicken into chunks during this stage while is frying if the pieces are too large for you.
Onions. if you have jarred onions use those and some of the liquid as well.
cook it down until its almost dry and add in two small cans of green Chiles (because that is the name on the can, I had to check, please don’t be mean)
1 1/2 cups of Mayonnaise and a little water or milk, maybe 1/8 of a cup
and then parmesan cheese at the end.
you can put this over rice and add more mayo and water or milk if you would like.
you can add in mushrooms or other vegetables with the minced garlic like peppers.
I always wait until the chicken is almost cooked before adding in anything just in case of the risk of salmonella.
