Have you ever wanted quinoa to taste good?? Just fry it in oil with chopped onions first for a little while until it’s golden. Then add the proper amount of water which is 2 cups of water for 1 cup of quinoa. bring to a boil and then turn it down to simmer. It’s sooo good!

There are 24 grams of protein in 1 cup compared to rice being at 4.3 grams of protein per cup!
