Do you remember studying about GDP: Gross Domestic Product in school? I believe it was grade school that required us to figure out the GDP for several different countries. They always had coloring pages with pictures of factories, bundles of wheat and groups of cattle roaming the countryside… I still remember this. Did they change the definition? I guess not but I did not know what the GDP of the United States was or how that worked! Here is a picture of the U.S. map and what the GDP is for each state
