I saw this on eBay and I had to have it! I wanted it to work! So I didn’t get the really old weather radios that we have all seen in the movies where people talk to aliens about the weather on mars. So I opted for this one. It really works and you can charge it through a USB port connected to your phone or your tower of your computer. It also takes batteries. Somehow you can hand crank it but I haven’t done that yet. Anyway, I tight I had lost it so I ordered another one. Now I have two. It has FM, AM, NOAA, and alert on this radio. NOAA stands for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Fun!

There are other radios and craftsman isn’t the only one that has these, right?? Anyway there are so many old radios on eBay. I want to get one just to see if it will find other stations. If you take a radio like this and turn it to different channels sometimes you can find different frequencies. There will be more static as you move the radio around your room with the antenna up! then if you move the dial a small amount while the radio is in that area of more static then you can hear what they are saying, sometimes. It’s fun.
