These trees were volunteer trees that sprang up in my side yard one year and this is what they grew into! I don’t know if they will get larger. I might have to water them and maybe that’s why they are staying this size. I need to take to time to find out what type of trees they are. I have many trees like this in my yard, front and back and they are so beautiful! One of them is a mulberry tree that might have sprouted from a bird carrying the seed. There are two mulberry trees at the end of my street by the railroad tracks. one of them is in a neighbor’s yard and a few years ago she let me pick some of them and I made some mulberry jam. It was edible at least. I wouldn’t order it at a restaurant but we all ate it because I gave some to my other neighbor and they didn’t say they hated it to my face.
