I blended all of these in phonto. I took a pic of a lightbulb, a flower on a backpack that I just bought, and I added a picture of my garden rose that I had taken at some point. I blended all of those together. The first pic is the permanent one and then when you add others depending on which one that you click on, that one will be on top or in the middle. Then you can blend them and use different colors for each one after you click on either one.
