Lately I have been eating the same thing over and over. I like it and I don’t want to waste it and throw it away. I do that with all of my eggs because I thought that I would use them. I use Ezekiel bread. It says that it’s flourless and sprouted and I hope that’s true. Then I toast it in the oven on both sides on 500 degrees. After that pour on mozzarella cheese and bake that until it’s really melted. Pour on tomato sauce salt, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. You could fry up some frozen vegetables that are already sliced and add those on top of the sauce. I put the cheese on first because the sauce will make the bread mushy if I put that on first. You do not have to use Ezekiel bread. You can use whatever bread that you have! The bread will stay crunchy because you toasted it first. You could use a toaster but I don’t have one because I lack counter space.

For a snack they have sprouted, flourless raisin bread that is the same brand as the Ezekiel bread. I toast that and put cream cheese on it. yum!
