These were some curtains that I had, so I just threw them together. I think that it’s shabby chic. Have you heard the names ‘countrycore, farmcore or cottagecore’? I just happened to look shabby chic up and I guess these are the new names of that. Ummmm….nope. Who thought of these? And thought, “wow! These are attractive names.” ?? Why would they change that? Would you ever want to have a home party and have to say those words as you try and sell shabby chic to people under these names?? I wouldn’t. They are extremely cumbersome to say…and no one is excited to invite their friends over for a home party and have to explain that it used to be called a very cute name such as shabby chic and now it’s one of these names?? I guess they are compound words. let’s also say…disturbing and uncomfortably embarrassing to say the least. How sad… I will never say those words. Anyway I stapled these curtains to the wall and to the back of the blinds that are on the door, after gathering them at the top. I was in a hurry just to get them done.
