Have you ever bought contacts or glasses online? It’s simple if you have all of the pieces. I have used 1-800-contacts. Is there a less expensive place? If you order from them you have to send them a picture of your prescription each time that you place an order. These places will require that you have an eye prescription done each year. In my opinion if you are an adult and you just have a normal prescription then that should not be the case, but no one can change it, so why complain? I thought that if I sent the picture one time and it was within that year that I wouldn’t have to keep track of that paper. Yes I have a new prescription… but I don’t care… I want the other one because it’s not expired yet. I feel that I am not getting the full moneys worth for that prescription that does not work. The next one doesn’t either but I got tired of fighting with the people at the new eye doctor’s place, because it wasn’t working to correct my eyes the way that he wanted. So I said, that’s great but I don’t think thats right and your assistant won’t let me try to see out of each eye separately, so we ended up being frustrated with each other and I snapped my fingers at her. Wasn’t that an accident?? Then I had a flat tire with those knifed in squares in my tire after I left. And then the lady at the front made fun of me about the price that I had to pay by singing… “May I have a drum roll please…” and then she told me the price. $397.00 at a vision source! Then she told me that she was from this town and never left so, no, she doesn’t know of a different place to go, isn’t that such a silly question from me??? Did I mention the prescription doesn’t work? So anyway I am still within the year of the old prescription! Last time I ordered glasses online I ordered 7 pairs so they could last longer than the year, that was around 6 years ago. I wish I had those back but I threw the last pair away. Anyway the prescription that I had to take a picture of was torn up by my dog. I hope that they will take it.
