could be! sourdough flat bread, like at the store, recipe By Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

this is a nice recipe for flat bread that you can use for everything. I don’t like to wait for anything and this is hard to mess up. Even if you use the wrong measurements it still works! Except for salt. I always wonder about the sourdough bread at the store. I wonder if its just the flavoring that comes out of some random bottle of sourdough seasoning that gets tossed around when they are making it.

heat oven to 375 degrees
1/2 cup of water (or if you have sourdough starter made you can instead use 1/4 cup of the starter and 1/4 cup of water)
1/4 cup of oil
1 cup of flour
1 tsp salt

use some parchment paper on a small cookie sheet and you can actually just add the ingredients right onto the parchment paper and mix it there so you don’t have to wash a bowl. I hate washing dishes. just spread it out and it doesn’t have to be even, just make sure there are no holes. then bake it on the parchment paper and check it after 15 minutes to see if it is done. let it cool. do not use wax paper only parchment paper.

you can use this for pizza crust or home made pot pie or crust for fruit pie.

IF you want it for a pizza crust, let it cool then slather it with any kind of oil then put the sauce on top of the oil so that it doesn’t make the crust soggy with sauce. Then cheese and then toppings or the other way around.
