If you are trying not to drink so much coffee, like maybe I should do but why?? because I drink coffee all of the time. I don’t drink straight water and that is an interesting situation. Many times this coffee has caused me to stay awake at night or live off of 2 hours of sleep or no sleep really. I thought maybe it was the flavored coffees that smell so completely heavenly. I had to re-think these flavored coffees anyway because when I watered my plants with those then brown slime/sludge would appear in the water after a little time. I don’t want that to settle in my organs. Maybe people think that is too… who knows what. I think it’s normal not to want that slime settling right in the cells and walls of my organs. So now I just drink straight coffee with stevia and straight cream. Yum! When I was a barista in college and beyond I learned that espresso has less of a percentage of caffeine than regular gas station coffee. I always thought it was the opposite! But when I drink straight espresso I actually can tell a difference. So now I am trying to only drink one cup of coffee in the evening. It hydrates my body and gives me antioxidants! If you want something else to add in like a creamer but is good for you I add in chocolate collagen peptides by vital proteins. You can also add in powdered glutamine to that. Just blend it all together in a dollar store blender it will become frothy
Hot chocolate is an alternative to coffee. You can always add in some coffee to your cup of hot chocolate so it has less caffeine but still full of comfort and teddy bears.
Use cocoa powder, stevia, cream, glutamine powder, powdered chocolate collagen peptides and blend in a blender or use that bullet thingy or a stick blender. Just make sure you didn’t use the stick blender to make homemade soap because it could have lye on it! Then you might be unknowingly poisoned. Be safe while holding your teddy or bunny.
