You can use any type of crust that you like. I used my flat bread recipe so that I do not have to take the time to use yeast for this crust. Then bake that in the oven until it’s done. Let cool
I usually use parchment paper (not wax paper) on a cookie sheet, it won’t burn in the oven unless you use it more than once then it might start getting burned around the edges.
Take frozen peppers and a small can of drained chicken and oil and half a package of cream cheese and a little salt and fry that together. Add in canned green chile sauce (I use Las Palmas, but any kind will do) and a small can of minced chili peppers. add in a can of drained, diced potatoes. When the pizza crust is cool add this on top and some mozzarella cheese. Put all of that in the oven to melt the cheese.
If you want the crust to be more crunchy then bake the crust a little longer.
I ate this without crust and it was really good!
