here is a recipe for cheese sauce that I made up because I wasn’t able to get to the store. I had a flat tire on my truck and my battery was dead. Did you know that there are these systems that you can hook up to your battery and it is like using jumper cables but you do not have to have another vehicle? I bought it because there was an older man who reviewed it on youtube and it seemed like he knew what he was talking about. His directions were very specific and I liked that. He is one of those smart geekazoid people who everyone respects and wants information from. I bought it but then did not use it, another older gentleman bought a battery for me and then he installed it for payment for something else. I wanted to use my gadget that I bought but I guess he wanted to use his truck with the jumper cables. You can never question and old guy.
Cheese sauce
Nutritional yeast 1/4 cup
Powdered milk 1/4 cup with water. in case you do not have milk.
oil 1/4 cup
minced garlic 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
fry the garlic with the oil until soft add in the milk and the nutritional yeast and salt. stir until thick.
My zinnias that unexpectedly grew. I miss them.
