This one is so easy!! So I forgot to boil the cauliflower for cauliflower pizza AND I forgot the eggs… so it’s just
Raw cauliflower 1/2 head and 4 ounces of mozzarella cheese. (If you want to use a full head just use 8 ounces of cheese) I blended the 1/2 head together with about 1/2 cup of water in a food processor. Spread that out onto parchment paper into a thin layer and bake at 400 degrees. Pull it out when it’s golden but not brown. It was really good. It didn’t taste raw because the water cooked and it had the cheese flavor. I put some gluten free spices on that.
I found these spices that were gluten free. It was unbelievably hard to find any. These are on the inexpensive side. I noticed that spices have really absurd names for a blend of salt, basil and paprika. This isn’t a specific spice but like seriously..,now we have to pay $5.00 cuz you named it a special name and colored it red and green.
After I pulled it out I added a can of green beans on top. I like green beans! You could use other vegetables or nothing.
