Bumblebee by Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

This was a bumblebee that I saw flying around one of the trees that line the parking lot of the grocery store here in town. Very pretty. I remembered when I had been at Lowes, last year, there was another bumblebee just like this that I was able to photograph. It was flying around some purple flowers. I wonder if these types of bumble bees like the color purple?
