If your vitamix blender got massively broken use electrical tape! Just make sure that it’s really clean and dry and that every crevice has the tape pressed into it. I have no idea how this cracked! It just appeared! This huge crack! Now I can have a smoothie or coffee drink! Without it tasting like powdered coffee. Anyway, I bought the original one from Amazon and the motor started burning out. So I called vitamix and they sent a label to me so that I could return it to them to fix. They sent me this one a couple of years ago. I sent them the whole thing, the base and the blender part. Now it’s broken. I might be able to do that again but it’s the one that they sent to me! So I am not sure. For some reason Amazon wouldn’t give me a refund. I actually do not order from Amazon now because I had order after order destroyed somewhere in the process of it being sent to me and the last time I sent pictures of all of my pepper cans that had been hammered. They wouldn’t refund me at all. Several other things happened as well with customer service. They used to be really nice but then they were really rude and snooty while many of my orders were just getting destroyed, no matter if it was fedex or UPS! So I stopped ordering from them and now I just order from Walmart. It never really happened with Walmart as bad as Amazon. It makes me sad because I used to order from them at all times!!! This was like 4 years ago for like a 7-8 month period.
