I really like potatoes! But if I get the real ones I always forget that I have them and they take forever to bake or get boiled. Plus my stove isn’t the best at boiling water for mashed potatoes! I get the potato flakes in a box. They taste the same you just have to keep adding salt and spices.

Make the potato flakes per the directions on the back of the box in a casserole dish

Put that in the oven on 400. Let that warm up for a while. Then pull it out and add 3 to 5 slices of butter, shredded cheese, a can of chicken drained, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper. If you are wanting to add more things then fry up some vegetables in butter and salt and put that on top and place back into the oven for 7 more minutes. The end. Yummy! Let it cool down before eating!
