So this dessert I made up but if someone else thought of it you and I are best friends and our minds are completely connected. Long lost twins that mysteriously do the same things….anyway. This is healthy and you might be able to have this every day but do not quote me on that.
1 pkg cream cheese
1/8 cup of sugar
Heavy whipping cream straight from the carton, poured in. add enough to make it thicker than pancake batter, more like soft, cheese cake
Beat all of this together with electric beaters then fold in some canned crushed pineapple. Do not drain the can first.
You can add more sugar if it’s not sweet enough
I ate it this way but this is a dessert that I made for one of the guys who rents a room from me, he did not eat it BTW. His loss!
I made a very thin crust that I baked first in a glass dish and then let it cool. Then add the crust over the pineapple delight or wherever you want it to be.
Just take 1/3 cup flour, a little oil and some water to make a dough. Oil the glass dish and spread the dough in until it’s paper thin bake at 375 until. Let it cool.
He didn’t eat any of them actually and the other guy hated me for making them and ‘passed’ on all the rest of my desserts. Uh, whyeee??? Who knows???
