HGTV by Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

Have you seen these shows on HGTV? I always liked HGTV! Now? I cannot believe what these people are doing to these houses. I could see the benefit if it was a fixer upper and needed to be flipped. That raises the value of the houses around it so extremely positive situations! But I have seen two different episodes at planet fitness. I don’t have this station so I usually catch bits of them while I am riding the bike or on the treadmill. One show took a nice house and made it worse and the next one did as well. I don’t know the name of these people or the show but I think Santa married one of his elf helpers who is a woman, right? Is this familiar to anyone? Anyway he decided to make an ugly table for an island in the kitchen, I believe they painted the kitchen sky blue but darker and then put a yellow and white backsplash above the stove. It looked more like the 80’s than it had before! Gross! Anyway! That woman told the other woman who was a customer that she looked like the backsplash. The woman laughed and then the decorator said, “oh no! Right now! You look like this backsplash!” Super mean! And the whole house had become worse than it was! It was horrible! The customers were in shock at how bad it was! Then yesterday I saw an episode of “Cheap A Beach Houses.” They took this beautiful, I believe historic, house and gutted it. Everything was beautiful and artistic and SH-WANKY! and they horrendously ruined it. I didn’t like the thatched ceiling in the bedroom! But there were doors with glass windows, wooden shelves and did anyone see the uh-maz-shus bathroom??? I wanted to eat it, it was so beautifully scrumptious. They said that an artist had lived there who created monkey statues. They ruined it. One guy said, “OMG, radon!!! OMG MICE!!! OMG CHEWED WIRES FROM MICE!!!” So they trashed THE WHOLE PLACE!” Super sad, super bad.
