Gluten free by Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

I randomly read this sentence somewhere on the internet. The sentence that says that even though food says that it’s gluten free, it isn’t!!!! Should I be in shock? No because that means that I have been eating gluten! I have been paying like 13$ for a small bag of gluten free chicken nuggets that I can put into my toaster oven. (I don’t do it everyday!) There are these other, larger bags of chicken tenders, for like $7.00. Hmmmm….ok. What else? A small Ice cream for $7 or a larger ice cream that I don’t need but it’s the only flavor that I like for less money. I liked the gluten free so delicious that’s dairy free! But it’s a lot of money. I am going to be less strict with this situation of being gluten free. I have added some homemade sourdough bread which is fermented for my gut and now that I know that gluten free is impossible I will be less strict, honestly. AND! Did you see where it says how much it could cost a business to have a gluten free label? Is this label per item? Or like an over all label? The cost is up to $5000. Have you seen how much Salteen crackers (not gluten free) are compared to gluten free crackers? Or the cheapest pot pies like Banquet or any others at your market compared to gluten free frozen items. The price is Starkly different. What if those companies don’t want to pay for a gluten free label but could be or would be considered gluten free by gluten free standards???? So I am going to be less strict and save money for my yearly taxes that I owe. Special.
