Will we give Pennies as gifts one day? Remember the Susan B Anthony coin? I’ll be able to order them from the television advertisement selling them for $7.95 That includes shipping and handling, and with that we will receive each penny being encapsulated in plastic and cardboard describing the year that penny was created for penny stocking stuffers. Also, doesn’t it seem that everything we buy now will have to be in multiples of five for the change? Will they even have to teach kids what the number one is in school anymore?  What about place value? I guess that’s out the window too.  what else will happen???? am I understanding this correctly? We just won’t have any pennies anymore. How is this possible? Benjamin Franklin will not be happy. Wait I think it was Abraham Lincoln.  What about bingo right? Didn’t they play with pennies?? Now it’s gonna have to be Nickles! What about all of those people who saved all of their pennies in those gallon jars, along with all of those bullets (and anything related) to that? I guess we have to throw everything away now… what about museums? I guess they’ll just be there as collectors items.  is this only temporary ?????
