This was a really fun craft! It is 3:40 am and I had no idea! The board is something that I got from a box that was the packaging for a small refrigerator. I cut the Cardboard with a paper cutter and painted it a really long time ago. These are suppose to represent houses. You can put scrapbooking embellishments on these houses or glue pictures of loved ones on each house and hang the board next to your tree. Then make ornaments with more cardboard squares, fabric and double sided tape or glue and hang them on your tree for ornaments. They are supposed to match with a theme. You can use different themes. I used a red, white and blue theme. This took a few hours. You could use cardboard from a box and cover it with fabric if you don’t have a board. You don’t have to glue the houses on, you could pin them with straight pins and use felt and cardboard instead and make felt ornaments.
