So I used this for gravy…

Yes it says to do it but don’t! It makes it to be pudding that’s full of gelatinous strings. Like if you were in the ocean and you had to eat squid or jelly fish. I bought it to thicken some dairy free yogurt that I am going to make. Arrow root powder or corn starch will work for gravy. Why did I buy this?
