Can anyone believe this?! Kevin a previous renter was supposed to install a mini-split for three months free rent. It does not work at all and the wiring is too long and hangs out of the breaker box. He became increasingly rude to me and really, really strange. So I let him stay here for three months. I told him that it wasn’t correct but he would not pay me rent. Now this. Yes he left a bunch of stuff in the room but he completely destroyed this door/window with all of this insulation. I really have no idea…. In this video I couldn’t remember the word ‘insulation’.
