Last year I saw a blue jay, on May 11th and now, today, on April 15th! Of course I didn’t have my camera. I had just went out to jimmy wig my faucet. I think my grandfather always called it that. My front faucet is leaking. I tried turning it off and it won’t turn off. I had put one of those double doo-hickey things on it and hoses are attached but they are full of holes and don’t work now. So I attached a 2×4 with string to divert the leaking water to another section of that “flower garden”. The trees somehow got smashed down while they were still volunteer seedlings. I pulled them back up with ropes and they are growing pretty well now. There! Fixed!
I came back out and the blue jay was there again. That is him speaking and then he flew away.
May 19th
I was able to see another one today!! but of course I didn’t have my camera! Maybe it will come back.
