Not horrible…by Margaret Leora Workman; Warponie Art

On the back of the dragon fruit bag it says to add milk and then I added these things too. I am trying to be healthy. It’s in the not horrible category. I could lie and say that’s it’s the best but I won’t.

I also added in some tai-chi. This is super easy. Easier than yoga. Some of the moves can be a little challenging but over all they are EASY. I saw results and I didn’t think that I would. It’s helped my neck and back! I only did a few of each one so that I could get an over all work out. I found them on Pinterest and they are on YouTube as well.
